Our Company Culture

We celebrate every birthday, no matter how busy we are. There’s cake, champagne, gifts, and speeches, all at seven o’clock in the morning. We can’t help it, we’re excited, it’s your big day!

Speaking of birthdays, our biggest celebration is our company’s birthday party. We have the entire day off, filled with food, music, awards, speeches, games, and outdoor activities. Safe to say, no one minds getting paid to party.

We do a lot more celebrating. At the six-month mark of each year, we have a company breakfast, trophies and presents for the few outstanding people that get voted by their peers. We talk about our achievements, areas we can improve, and how we’re going to tackle the remaining six months.

Thanksgiving gets celebrated by a company breakfast and a gift card to a good local restaurant for everyone.

At the end of the year, we celebrate big. We have a huge awards ceremony for many interesting category winners selected by the team members voting. Winners receive custom-made awards, trophies, and nice presents. We also rent out a venue, get all dressed up, and party the night away.

We believe in healthy competition. Each first Tuesday of the month we hold what is now a nationally recognized event by the ACHR news - "Cleanest Truck competition" - where the winners get a trophy and a cash prize. Things can get pretty heated when the voting counts start!

Through our in-house 360Synergy App, Synergy3 Home Solutions tracks customer feedback and recognizes technicians who earn the most Google reviews each month. This friendly competition encourages meaningful customer interactions while rewarding team members for exceptional service with a monthly cash prize.
