In 2004, I was working at Wawa, miserable. At that time, I was still fairly new to the country, and though I was grateful for the work, I felt a stronger purpose calling me. I began as an HVAC apprentice and quickly realized this industry held massive potential for improvement.

In 2006, I used all my savings to open Synergy3 Home Solutions in Philadelphia. At first, it was just me and a 1991 Ford Explorer. I made one promise to myself: every project, big or small, will be completed with uncompromising quality.

Soon, we secured city contracts through PHDC, helping low-income families gain reliable heating. That's when I realized HVAC is one of the most critical functions of a home. Over time, our reputation grew, leading to more contracts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Today, Synergy3 Home Solutions provides HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services under nine utility contracts, serving over 2,000 clients annually. To keep up with growth, we invested in a 100% paperless ERP system, creating stronger connections between technicians, office, and customers.

But innovation doesn't stop with technology. Our technicians represent our culture. We redesigned their uniforms with high-quality black tri-blend fabrics, equipped them with professional Carhartt jackets, and even launched the Cleanest Truck of the Month competition — a fun challenge that rewards professionalism and pride.

In 2022 and 2023, we were awarded the Bryant Medal of Excellence and named ACHR News Best Contractor to Work For, recognizing both our technical standards and company culture.

Bryant, a Carrier Corporation brand, is one of the most trusted HVAC manufacturers in the U.S. Every year, only 20 dealers nationwide receive the Bryant Medal of Excellence, a recognition of top performance, customer satisfaction, product mix, and training.

In 2022, Synergy3 Home Solutions was honored with this award, ranking us among the Top 20 Bryant dealers in the nation. Our goal: to achieve Dealer of the Year within five years.
